• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers.
• Your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement.

3. Shipping

• We currently ship to locations within the United States.
• We do not ship to international destinations.
• We do not ship chocolate or other temperature sensitive items during the summer.
• Shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at NinnyHerridge@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Allergies and Ingredients

Many of our products contain common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and soy.
Products are processed in facilities that handle these allergens.
